Pinghu Jingleyayuan Phase I and Phase II Project is located on the west side of Xinhua North Road and the north side of Pingcheng Road in Pinghu Economic Development Zone. The construction unit is Pinghu Jingle Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the general contractor Zhejiang Xinda Construction Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is 100099.34 square meters, of which the underground construction area is 23,438.65 square meters. The total cost is 1,618,376,944 yuan. The project started on October 18, 2010, with a total contract duration of 1230 days.
