Zhapu Zhongshan Garden BT Project is located in Jiaxing Port Area to Tianfei Road in the east, Zhapu Moat in the south, Jiangang Road in the west, and Waihuan East Road in the north. It is a fully funded project for the general contractor. The construction unit is Jiaxing Port District New Countryside Construction Investment Co., Ltd., and the general contractor is Zhejiang Xinda Construction Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is 345,000 square meters (including the basement construction area). The total cost is 857.79 million yuan. The project started on January 8, 2011, with a total contract duration of 870 days.
