The construction unit is Zhejiang Xinyue Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., and the general contractor is Zhejiang Xinda Construction Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is 36630.06 square meters, and the total cost is 45.78 million yuan. The project started on August 15, 2009, with a total contract duration of 315 days.
