Pinghu International Luggage City Phase I Project A is located on the north side of Fuzhen Road, Pinghu Economic Development Zone. The construction unit is Pinghu Luggage City Co., Ltd., and the general contractor Zhejiang Xinda Construction Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is 78,077 square meters, of which the underground construction area is 14,389 square meters. The total cost is 172.6068 million yuan. The project started on January 18, 2012, with a total contract duration of 720 days.

From the day the contract was signed, our company assigned project management personnel to the project, set up a special plan and organizational design. After the company’s meticulous management and the hard work of the project management personnel, the project was rated as "Zhejiang-level" "Safe and civilized construction standardization project", "Pinghu City Quality Qualified Project".
