The construction unit is Pinghu Country Garden Shen Shang Investment Commercial Real Estate Co., Ltd., and the general contractor Zhejiang Xinda Construction Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is 84,662.59 square meters, of which the basement area is 19118.02 square meters. The total cost is 117.34 million yuan. The project started on June 6, 2014, with a total contract duration of 711 days.
