Chengtai Golden Harbor Phase III and Phase V Project is located on the east side of Donghu Avenue in Pinghu City and on the south side of Shanghai Tang. The construction unit is Pinghu Chengtai Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the general contractor Zhejiang Xinda Construction Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is 280,713.15 square meters, of which the underground construction area is 56378.1 square meters. The total cost is 3,773,342,927 yuan. The project was started on May 18, 2012, with a total contract duration of 1090 days.

Since the date of signing the contract, our company has specially assigned project management personnel to the project, established a special plan and organizational design.
