The construction unit is Luoxing Investment Development Co., Ltd. of Jiashan County, and Zhejiang Xinda Construction Co., Ltd. is the general contractor. The total construction area of the project is 19,686.53 square meters, and the total price is 68,902,855 yuan. The project started on November 23, 2011, with a total contract duration of 510 days.
