Pinghu East Lake Pearl Garden Project is located on the north side of Huancheng North Road and the west side of Huancheng East Road in Pinghu City. The construction unit is Jiaxing Jianghao Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the general contractor Zhejiang Xinda Construction Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is 127956.85 square meters, of which the underground construction area is 8608 square meters and the total construction cost is 244.1 million yuan. The project started on March 20, 2010, with a total contract duration of 600 days.

Since the date of signing the contract, our company has assigned project management personnel to the project, set up a special plan and organizational design.
