Anhui Langxi Xintaiyue Mansion Phase I, Phase II and Phase III is located in Langchuan Avenue, Langxi County, Anhui Province. The construction unit is Langxi Xintai Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the general contractor Zhejiang Xinda Construction Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is 150,851 square meters, of which the underground construction area is 30,818 square meters. The total cost is 270 million yuan. The project started on March 18, 2013, with a total contract duration of 1080 days.

From the date of signing the contract, our company established an Anhui branch for the project, with Comrade Shi Shiming as the general manager of the Anhui branch and designated as the project leader of the project. Specially set up a special plan and organization design.
