Pinghu City Longqiuwan Tanjun Phase II and Phase III Villa Group Project is located on the west side of Wentao Road on the north side of Dongfang Road in Pinghu City. The construction unit is Pinghu Jixiang Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the general contractor Zhejiang Xinda Construction Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is 28,0090.12 square meters, of which the underground construction area is 80,855.04 square meters. The total cost is 498,411,500 yuan. The project was first started on October 1, 2010, with a total contract duration of 1760 days.
