The construction unit is Pinghu High-tech Entrepreneurship Service Center Mianri Development Co., Ltd., and the general contractor Zhejiang Xinda Construction Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is 4670098 square meters, of which the underground area is 142048 square meters. The total cost is 56.886806 million yuan. The project started on March 20, 2014, with a total contract duration of 680 days.
